Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pétale. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

Shipping Delivery Estimates:

After receiving your order, it will take the following  to get it delivered to your address. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1- Lebanon:  1-4 Business Days 

2- Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain: 3-5 Business Days

3- Europe: 3-7 Business Days

4- US/Canada: 7-15  Business Days

 

We are working on expanding more and will soon be able to offer same or 2 day delivery to the whole region.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours starting from the time you place your order. You will also receive a tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that will be active within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent

Damages:

Pétale is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment center to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
