Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we carefully package every order, Pétale is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
Keep all original packaging materials and the damaged items until the claim has been completed.
